I have been professionally involved in the area of fulfilling obligations when handling chemical substances and mixtures for more than 20 years. As part of my employment with the German chemical concern DEGUSSA, I implemented the REACH and CLP regulations for the Czech branch. According to the old Chemical Act 356/2003 Coll., which I started with, I was a certified professionally qualified person. Professional competence exams are no longer required today. My competence to provide consultancy is therefore based on many years of experience in the field, on a university degree in chemistry and the ability to navigate both chemical industry operations and the legislation that binds the production of substances and mixtures, their subsequent handling and use.
I always do my job correctly to the best of my knowledge, but I prefer simplicity where possible, where legislation allows. I always inform the client in advance by when and for what financial reward I am able to do my work. If I am forced to seek help from a third party (e.g. a translator or, in specific cases, a specialist in a certain area), I always notify them in advance.
I currently have a number of clients, distributors, fillers, downstream users (manufacturers of paints and other chemical mixtures) or waste producers, listed sources, users of hazardous substances.
I manage more than 1000 safety data sheets and guarantee my clients their regular updates. I have prepared dozens of Facility Assessments from the perspective of the Act on the Prevention of Major Accidents, a number of Emergency Plans for users of hazardous substances or Operating Rules for listed sources. For several of my clients, I process ongoing waste records and, if necessary, an annual report on waste production.
I have liability insurance in case you incur any costs due to my mistake.
