If you are a distributor, importer or downstream user or if you otherwise handle chemical substances and mixtures in the Czech Republic, I am able to prepare complete product documentation in Czech for you, from the Safety Data Sheet, through the label to the provision of mandatory information to the toxicological center (PCN). I am able to translate a Safety Data Sheet and adapt it according to applicable legislation from any European language. I can also provide mandatory information about the detergent to the register of the Ministry of Health on your behalf.

If you are planning to establish your branch in the Czech Republic and will handle hazardous chemical substances or mixtures during your activities, I will help you fulfill the obligations set by Czech legislation. 

This concerns in particular the Public Health Protection Act, the Major Accident Prevention Act, the Environmental Damage Prevention Act and the Integrated Prevention Act. Even though we are part of the European Union, Czech legislation is often stricter than European legislation.

And if your activities in the Czech Republic produce wastes or emissions, I can help you in this area as well. Here too, there are differences from the rules that apply in other EU countries.

If you want to transport waste for further use from an EU member state through the Czech Republic to another EU country, I will arrange a so-called Notification File for you. I will use my contacts at the Ministry of the Environment and my experience in arranging this document.

I can also report mandatory information to the ISPOP system (integrated reporting system) for you or advise you on which reports need to be made and by what date.
